Common questions
Is the app available on Google Play?
The Android app is being prepared for public release. There is no public download link yet. This website will be updated when it becomes available.
Do I need Google Drive to use the app?
No. Core record keeping works offline on your device. Google Drive is optional for encrypted cloud backup and manual sync.
Can family members use different Google accounts to sync?
Not in the current release. Current sync is designed for your own devices using the same Google account. Support for separate family accounts is planned, without a committed release date.
Can support recover my backup passphrase?
No. Keep your backup and sync-vault passphrases somewhere secure. Support cannot recover a forgotten passphrase or decrypt a backup for you.
Does signing out remove my Drive data?
No. Signing out or leaving a vault on one device does not remove existing Drive backups or sync files. Read the data removal guidance before removing copies.
Why might a reminder not appear?
Check the app’s reminder settings and Android notification, alarm and battery settings. A device that is switched off or restricts background activity may not deliver reminders as expected. Keep a separate reliable plan for essential care schedules.
Support is for app questions, not clinical advice or emergency care. For medical concerns, contact your healthcare professional. For an emergency, contact your local emergency service.
